3. Products and Services
We offer floral arrangements and gifts for purchase online. In addition to standard orders for immediate needs, we accept orders for events (weddings, parties, etc.), which require prior consultation to confirm event details, type of arrangement, delivery or pickup, and payment.

4. Order Placement, Timing, and Acceptance

All standard orders must be placed at least 3 business days in advance. Once we receive your order and payment, we will begin processing it.

Orders for event-related floral arrangements must be placed at least 30 days before the event date. Event orders require a consultation and confirmation of all event details (date, location, flower types, delivery/pickup, etc.) before the order is considered accepted.

We will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order or event via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. Only after confirmation will the order be processed.

5. Payment Methods

For online orders: We accept payment via credit or debit card, processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

For in-store pickup: Payment may be made in cash or via Zelle.

There are no additional fees for payment beyond the listed product and delivery/pickup costs.

6. Delivery & Pickup Terms

We offer delivery within a 20-mile radius of our store address (3377 Hill Pond Dr NE, Buford, GA 30519).

Delivery fee: US $20.00.

In-store pickup: US $0.00.

Once your order is ready (after the processing period), we will notify you via email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone that your order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched for delivery.

7. Final Sale — No Cancellations, Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of floral products and the custom nature of arrangements, all sales are final once the order or event arrangement is confirmed and paid.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

8. Customer Responsibilities & Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information (name, address, phone number, delivery or pickup preference).

We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery, or incorrect delivery address or customer-provided details.

For event orders: since arrangements are custom and prepared specifically for your event, please review all details carefully during consultation before confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Use (optional — if relevant)
All content on the Site (text, images, product descriptions, photos) is the property of Flowers & Gifts by Luna or its licensors. You may view or purchase products, but you may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality floral arrangements and timely delivery. However, we are not liable for damages due to: delays caused by weather, traffic, delivery service issues, or third-party courier delays; customer-provided inaccurate address or contact information; or other circumstances beyond our control.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, lifespan, or results of floral products after delivery (flowers are perishable).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective as of the “Last updated” date above. After any changes, continued use of the Site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
